No, our programs don't require you to give up equity. They’re designed to deliver outsized value without dilution, but with a subsidised fee structure instead.
In certain cases, where we partner more deeply with a startup, we may explore optional equity partnerships or co-building models, but that’s always a mutual decision based on strategic alignment.
Access to Aryabhata Fellowship & Catalyst is limited only to selected startups. Pricing for these programs varies based on the depth of engagement and is determined on a case-by-case basis.
We also extend fee waivers to select founders to ensure our programs remain accessible to exceptional talent.
Through our curated network of 250+ angels, family offices, VCs and early-stage grants, we facilitate co-investment syndicates around the most promising startups in our portfolio.
Aryabhata is not a traditional VC fund, and we don’t make direct investments. Instead, we help founders become investor-ready while actively unlocking access to capital through our investor network.
